Casts like this from people you don't follow make people mad.

Is this spam? How would you classify? What happens when a "good" user does this ironically?

There are bad but when these are DMs they're really bad - so filtering DMs by follow / power badge like X would be really good

There's a setting for who can DM me, I think I used to have it set to "people I follow" but had to switch it off because it was kinda defeating the purpose of DMs (if I already know someone they probably have my Telegram)

What I mean is, let anybody DM me but divide it in folders?
