becoming a founder has made me simultaneously much smarter & much dumber

smarter: learning about growth, bd, sales, marketing, value creation/capture, protocol design, strategy

dumber: no idea whats happening in the world. stopped reading books/news, i literally don't do anything besides work and spend time w/ family

Much better off without news - try The Economist sub, they have an espresso bulletin every morning that's quite good (and you can dive into the full length ones you're interested in)

Unless you're personally involved, anything more frequent than weekly magazines is basically doomscrolling

I would go as far as quarterly (Foreign Affairs is great)
