Went for a walk About a year ago I had to stop running abruptly because of a gout diagnosis That's under control now; 3km today, will try see if there's a 5km path on the same trail Note to self - followed the canal to the tree trunk, then turned right and right again; will keep going tomorrow to make it 5km

Were you recommended to go for physical therapy? I mean, about the gout 3km? Wow What’s your highest ran distance?

Unfortunately there is no therapy, that's the bummer. You basically go from painkillers to medication and wait it out, but there's no cure, only management Diet does a lot

Yeahh i know about the part where there’s no cure But physical therapy can assist with the management and to at least, rehabilitate to the nearest possible max function If you don’t mind.. How’s the pain now that it’s been a year tho (I’m a PT, incase you’re wondering why I’m so curious :)
