Actually the first time I tried laoganma it was a thai truck at a local fair and never got the name

Yeah the once I shared double the price half the size of laoganma... also I'd prefer not to use corn oil. It's a good starting point. there was a dry garlic chili mix last time I had ramen that was on par.
