Really nice to see @martin speaking for the first time, makes a difference to me to see the non-verbal aspect of the higher 'founder'. Highly likeable and relatable chap! Listening to this, Rumi comes to mind: Between a central team and no structure at all, there is a space - I meet you there. Just bc DAOs didn't work previously doesn't mean it should never be pursued by the higher network. We now have agents who can truly be Autonomous and 24/7. Also, in my previous experience most DAOs lack social middleware: it's not elegant to move from walls of text in TG to sudden onchain voting. Self-organising processes and rituals might be a missing piece. Study Sociocracy, a 150 year old open-source social tech originally from Germany. Feels higher-aligned. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlyO-dh-O7Q
