yes - and - imo if your coin depends on CEX listing for PA that then it might not be a long-term hold anyways.

it's interesting the more Coinbase brings its own business operations onchain, the less future-proof their incumbent and OG product CEX will be.

Eventually they'll create a legacy division to serve customers that are resisting coming onchain for ever higher cost, until they capitulate.
