Day #15 workout >> Back and Triceps<< ā€¢Lat pulldowns: 4 x 12 ā€¢T-bar rows: 4 x 12 ā€¢Close-grip pulldowns: 3 x 10 ā€¢V-shape tricep pushdowns: 4 x 10 ā€¢Single-hand side extensions: 4 x 10 ā€¢Superset pullovers and overhead tricep extensions. Idk if i'll finish 10k steps but that was a hell of a workout.
