It’s not Friday, but @zeni.eth and I just had our own Farcaster Friday in Okinawa! He took me to an amazing tonkatsu place that changed my life. We had 4 different cuts of meat and the most amazing ponzu I’ve ever had in my life! I can’t wait to try to recreate it at home!

Cheers to traveling 8,000 miles to meet Farcaster friends in real life.

It was all local ingredients. There was special salt only found in Okinawa. Instead of traditional sauce, there was a Pozo made with the local citrus that absolutely changed my life and I’m gonna try to re-create. There was also chocolate mustard, which sounds weird, but might’ve been the greatest thing ever invented.
