I commit to start this program tomorrow with legs / back squat. + Incline Treadmill Walk (1mi) + Back Squat: 5x6-8 @ 225lb + Bulgarian Split Squat: 3x8 each leg + Leg Press: 3x10 + Calf Raises: 4x15 + Hanging Knee Raises: 3x15 + Plank

You do legs with back? I feel shoulder go best with leg workout.

all of these are leg workouts. back squat refers to a barbell squat where you put the bar on your back
