You have to be nominated first, Then you can nominate someone else. Then you will receive your airdrop. I think. 😅 You can be nominated twice. If you are not nominated, you can't nominate someone else. You can in fact, but it won't work. And I think the higer the Open Rank is, the better amount you get.
