- great place to meet people, terrible to learn
- self-presentation is an underrated skill
- Farcaster is a bubble with its own narratives, we have a lot of work to do to bring a diverse crowd here

About the bubble, the original crew holds this place tightly closed, with exceptions of few ones. Even the channels, not welcoming new voices. That is why diversity can’t thrive here. I am lucky, I am resilient and don’t give up, but many people don’t wang to deal with this. There is too much of a class system occurring here and that can never lead to balanced and welcoming ecosystem

We all are. It’s easy to become comfortable in one routine and be unwilling to breathe and grow as things change. The good thing is - the conversation is happening and that is already steps in the right direction. We truly all we the builders in this space and all can be improved.
