Dealing just in cash isn't 0% for the business. If you've run a business, you know this to be true. Plus 3% is retail stripe rate. Physical POS can be below 2% depending on vendor.

Interesting to see such pricing. This is against card network’s merchant agreement. Merchants are not allowed to charge more if a customer pays with card.
