I worked on the creators product team at Meta, where we boiled down all creator needs into three foundational pillars:

1. Creation: Tools to bring ideas to life
2. Distribution: Reach and grow audiences
3. Earning: Monetize and rewards to incentivize

I fought for a fourth pillar and got alignment to expand our framework.

1. creation tools (tools for community management, fan groups)
2. distribution (reaching and identifying top fans)
3. earning (earning from top fans via subscriptions, etc.)
