Today I had my intro to loose leaf tea class!

I've been drinking almost daily for close to a decade but I never "learned" a lot of things, I kinda just vibed my way into the hobby (as most do).

I cleaned up my handwritten notes to share. It was a lovely experience and I have a much deeper love for tea now.

Don’t ask me why, but I’ve tried different kinds of tea, and now I only get mine from "Mariage Frères". They have an incredible variety and so many flavors

I can see why, we do have some of that. Personally, I am a fan of Palais des Thés. Also great variety and flavors, and they have a very nice podcast for tea-lovers (which is also good for people learning French, because it is not so fast-speaking)
