this week was national nurses week and i canโt stress it enough how much i appreciate my coworkers! ๐ฉบ๐ฅ YOU ALL BETTER APPRECIATE THEM TOO because they are the ones who deicide what size catheter youโre getting.

I work in psychiatry in a challenging unit, but it's true that with a well-trained and professional team, we can go very far. I don't have any tips or ham anymore, sorry ^^

oh wow!! psych takes a lot of mental strength! I work in all departments, mostly ER, surgery & ICU and one thing is for sure is when you love the people who you work with it makes going into work easier! dw about the tips its the intention that counts ๐ซถ anyways, its not like we get tipped at work ๐๐คฃ
