oh wow!! psych takes a lot of mental strength! I work in all departments, mostly ER, surgery & ICU and one thing is for sure is when you love the people who you work with it makes going into work easier! dw about the tips its the intention that counts 🫶 anyways, its not like we get tipped at work 🙄🤣

I work in psychiatry in a challenging unit, but it's true that with a well-trained and professional team, we can go very far. I don't have any tips or ham anymore, sorry ^^
