I'm wondering if, instead, we have this design contest lead directly into an agent-creation contest? Where each protocol design also has an agent that assists with the protocol.

7-10 teams getting an initial $lum grant to start building ->
Final Agent/Protocol Contest, picking top 3 for continued funding
