-Like Bridge, but for stablecoin spending vs stablecoin payments
-Makes issuing cards easy for every wallet
-Pulls funds during auth, holds for batch settlement via Visa
-Handles fraud/chargebacks
-Not subject to Durbin rate caps
-MSB, not bank
