all FC content (casts, profile pics) should be CC0

developers building clients might be legally exposed until this is explicit?

Why CC0 and not public domain? Public domain has worked quite well for WWW and Sqlite.

we need a good way for clients to share off-chain signals

e.g.

I can abuse Andy on Warpcast, he can block me there
I can go to Jam, Discover, etc and abuse him there

different than email as it's a social network with public UGC
