Workout update: Thursday Barbell Back Squats (goal was 8x but I hit 6x) Last weeks weight for 7x was 320lb…. Today, I hit 325lb for 6x 😤 I know I could have pushed for 8x but those reps would have been sloppy- listening to your body is powerful fam. How was your workout today?
