The strongest networks aren't headless per se – they're floating. Floating networks don't need governance, canonical treasuries, or roadmaps. They need strong beliefs that attract builders and communal infrastructure for value creation.

Agree in spirit but in practice, it’s hard to find a better lever than money And if you have money, you need governance Hard to separate these things when you meet the real world
