I love the little details like how the ghost is sleeping when the wallet is locked, and then startles awake when you begin typing your password

Crypto products either feel incredibly complex or too spartan. Products that add human embellishments like this stand out so much!

Agree, but gotta be on the efficient frontier -- you *can* afford beauty

Some counterpoints:
- Slack (enterprise, but B2C gtm)
- Snapchat
- Cash App

You’ll make something beautiful but run out of time. 

Pareto optimal is speed of shipping and functionality.

Can’t think of one successful at-scale consumer app that was delightful early on.

Linear, Notion different because enterprise.
