I heard about this but didn’t realize it had a name I think women are more in touch with yin energy and were able to find this strategy first I’ve only seen men “lock in” and exert themselves more, and that attitude is still dominant in the society I think a good and healthy life is balanced and not entirely soft or “locked in”

agree wholeheartedly, but have seen more men embrace a “softer” lifestyle over the years esp last year — they just don’t talk about it on Twitter as much as women or as much as men do IRL

That’s great to hear. I hope we’re able to integrate soft aspects into our lives consistently rather than have the pendulum swing back and forth I’m realizing we are also more exposed to the excesses since we are close to crypto

yeah lol there’s no other industry that’s as excessively online 24/7 as crypto is… it’s definitely taken a toll on me this year. 2025 is reclaiming my time and energy.
