already won I think, many thoughts actually

for people email is one of the hardest things to give up but gets better since all that gmail you can direct to hey

still a bit of onboarding to do as you have to clear every new email coming in

for DHH and Jason it’s a dream position to be in, not a public company so don’t have to care about growing or sharing numbers, satisfy the board or do politics like donating to trump etc

+ earning far more than they need and having the luxury of controlling  everything including the servers without relying on anyone pretty much so even if gmail is down they should still work
