I dislike him but don’t think that makes this bad advice or a bad idea

No advice is strictly "bad", it all depends on context In Chamath's context, he prioritizes money over meaning, which leads to deep dissatisfaction I worry that people see "get the bag" and then want to mirror his tactics (dump SPACs on retail)

Isn't he saying "get the bag" here so you could use it to shape the world? (Idk him well frankly. Never seen an ep of All-In.)

Yeah he is, but if you end up like him post-bag, you still won’t be happy I would modify the statement to say “get the bag but nourish your soul in the process of doing so”

Ok, this begs the question (again, cuz idk him): what makes you think he's (deeply) unhappy?

Idk, vibes I just sense a big ego and some level of insecurity. Same with JCal but I find Jason more authentic

interesting.. i didn't fw his vibe at all from random all-in clips here and there.. which is why i avoided that pod... thought i'd give his recent jre a chance and found him exceedingly measured, humble, likeable, and authentic. was surprised frankly. tho it could just mean he knows how to calibrate his behavior with someone who's culturally much higher status than him
