Because they’ve been trapped in a casino for so long, they start identifying with it and its goals. As a result, every venue gets turned into a casino -- sports stadiums, art galleries, bars, etc.

My deep conviction is that most people don't enjoy being stuck in a casino

I guess my suspicion is that most people aren’t interested in being owners

Ownership requires governance which in turn requires work or delegation 

With games in particular, I think people want to have fun and not have to think about finance

think most people in crypto associate it with governance and a chore, I associate it with revshare and owning a piece of growth that's passive. just different definitions
