The change takes root within and then spreads externally if it is genuine and sufficiently compelling

To just be genuine is not enough. But it’s also not enough to just be compelling, as movements without authenticity fizzle out

Presence, and at its best, being able to "stop time" and create a distortion field that helps others find grounding

Particularly useful for crises of confidence -- that's when a leader is most needed
