The effects felt like they lasted way longer than when they did during daily consumption 

It took me longer to fall asleep and I was restless for a while, but then I slept for 9 hours 🤣

Try tapering to 2x a week and I think you’ll find it more potent (the other days might be harder though, buyer beware)

Interesting experience. I’ve been lowering my caffeine intake from 6 espressos now to 2. Sometimes I’m making one day break and even after such a short break, next coffee day kicks hard. End game: coffee as a social lubricant
