One aspect of info warfare (our present war) is that it gaslights us into thinking we should feel “normal” Without seeing gross destruction & loss of life and limb, it’s hard to acknowledge being in a warzone But the psychic damage is real, and you must be gentle with yourself. Negative self talk is the festering wound

How do you think we can balance the need to stay informed about critical issues with the potential for psychic damage caused by information warfare then?

1. Demarcate your line (ie. What matters, what doesn’t). Do not ingest information on topics that are below your line (don’t truly matter to you) 2. Use your intuition to find trusted sources. Figure out who you trust and listen to them. For example, I currently like Kyla Scanlon, Lyn Alden and Samo Burja for finance and geopolitics. I consume their content and avoid sourcing info from randos on X 3. Focus on timeless truth. Tap into your body, your health and aspects of nature / the universe that don’t change based on which humans are in control. This is your foundation and cannot be eroded The worst thing to do is to have perpetual fomo about missing out on info, this is like being exposed (in the trenches as they say) in war
