Indigenous people and animals are able to do this by nature It requires being still, but if you can learn how to listen, you will be able to navigate large climactic shifts

Our body knows what it needs but for a lifestyle that is more comparable to our ancestors. High fat/high sugar foods weren’t widely available and also not throughout the entire year. Your body is designed around starving conditions.

100% I don’t fully agree with the latter, but relatively speaking, it’s true (on the continuum of feast and famine, closer to famine than today)

yeah so we are designed to crave high calorie foods and basically always want it. But that was great when there was no abundance for such foods. I think it is better to say our body lives in the past. There is a reason why ozempic is so popular. It basically changes our body's voice to the food availability of today (being less hungry).
