On onchain trending notifications in Warpcast 1. You can turn them off 2. The algo is based on onchain activity in the social graph; we are iterating on the algo 3. There are plenty of legitimate projects that are experimenting with coins 4. What is “legitimate” is relative to each person 5. Plenty of people like the notifications, some people don’t. That’s why you can turn it off. 6. Fundamentally, you either believe people are capable of making decisions with information or they can’t.

Isn't number 6 a false dichotomy? That's why you're adding lore (which really does help btw)

I tell you X people are doing Y. Are you capable of making a decision to do Y yourself? Adding more context is marginal (and helpful).

Depends — how much other information have I processed that day? If my “zone is flooded”, I may not be able to Duty also lies with the person disseminating information to do so responsibly

Fair enough I suspect that’s why we have so much mental illness right now, everyone is exhausted trying to keep up, while supply side gaslights them into “just be more agentic”
