Have to actively remind myself:
- consuming disembodied thought from too many people you don’t know is unhealthy
- you don’t have to pay attention to each controversy — this is how they keep you addicted
- attention is a finite quantity, spend it well

Crystal bridges up in Bentonville was actually really cool. World class museum

In terms of food, Conifer was great. Yeyo’s was solid (both also in Bville)

Hikes — I think it was Hobbs State park, but we enjoyed some hike up by beaver lake
