I got the @keccers.eth toe spacers too and within a minute of putting them on, a ligament or some fascia in my quad snapped into place (I think)

What’s the benefits? I am a qualified Orthotist and usually a toe spacer may be given for tendon or impingement relief for specific muscles in the foot or leg. Or just helps with overcrowding toes. I’m keen to learn how it’s helping users.
