I think rising with the sun and going to sleep with it have been very powerful for me

Seeing each day as a mini "life" -- the morning is filled with youthful hope and optimism. Noon and early PM as mid-life and the highest output part of the journey, and then evening as old age. A time to retire and rest and reflect

Learning about duality and holding space for opposition taught me a lot about acceptance.

Practicing how to work with fem/masc energy led to intentional rest balanced with inspired action.
