Looking for recommendations for a beginner photography camera body & lens.

Looking to take a wide range of pics - but mostly outdoors/landscape/urban/etc. to start.

Ideally like… $500 for a decent setup?

Used Nikon d500 is just great overall as f mount lenses got really cheap with the z taking over ☺️ It’s not necessarily beginner per se and is still used by professionals for wildlife, but you did say “lenses” 😅

18-55 is really cheap and widely available and I do use it with the exact camera (I have a lot of lenses though). So it’s possible for 500 as a pair, but you will inevitably spend more on lenses. 35 1.8 prime also pairs well. If you are ready for bulkier all arounds Tamron 18-400 also gives great results ☺️
