What are the best APIs for getting ERC20 token holders? I just need a list of addresses with a number of tokens.

The EtherScan API is way to expensive for me right now :) The plans go from 0 to 200 with nothing in the middle !

Blockscout explorers have free APIs, check if they have those data.
