On paper, it looks good, but upon reflection, it doesn't seem well thought out. There are many questions: - Why would anyone care about the verdict of 12 random people? - How can we always have a pool of 12 ready people to give an honest verdict without any incentive? - Why 12? - How can we prevent abuse? - How can we prove it was from humans if it was completely anonymous? Anyone could implement this with randomization in 5 minutes. In my opinion, anyone who starts to think a bit deeply about these questions would begin to realize that this kind of app is the product of a quick idea and not a well thought out process.
