Where would be a good channel to discuss music discovery through the lens of process & platforms, to share tips, ask questions, and share good finds? Where are Farcaster folks exchanging discovery stories?

I've created the channel /audiophile :) I sometimes share albums on there and I also wrote these tips. https://warpcast.com/andreaboi.eth/0x4d6adea9

Thread format is great! Is Spotify/Apple Music algorithmic discovery appropriate for this channel?

Not so much appropriate… Unless you want to hear some previews of albums from good labels. The algorithm would suggest bad recommendations mixed with good ones, so I wouldn't trust it. From an audiophile's point of view: some albums are mastered very differently like this https://www.nativedsd.com/product/nxtrsiii-r-naxatras-iii/ The PCM and streaming editions are processed versions, intended to maximise acceptance by a wider audience with a noise reduction and EQ to sound better on low performance devices, whereas the DSD128 Raw version is a more accurate documentation of the real event without noise reduction and EQ applied so it’s closer to the master tape.

Thanks for that feedback (and brief lesson into streaming qualities)! So yeah specifically I was looking for a place to share tips/stories on best practices for training these music algorithms. Regular housekeeping tips, ways to influence it with manual intervention, fighting drift, etc.
