追求 TPS (scalability) 勢必會犧牲去中心化，而犧牲了作為區塊鏈存在的價值。我認爲以太坊在 L1 堅定去中心化，而將 scalability delegate 到 L2，是目前看到最好的解法。我會形容他是一台多中心化的世界計算機，如果讓 L2 之間具備互操作性就更理想了

我认为这两个思维方式是互相兼容的。如果你需要分辨哪些区块链是 “真正去中心化”，可以用一个比较简单的测试：如果他的基金会消失了，链能活下去吗？我有感觉只有比特币和以太坊能很明确回答：当然能. 以太坊大部分的开发是基金会之外,客户端的团队都有独立的商业模型,现在很多研究者不在基金会里面,除了devcon之外几乎所有活动是独立的到达这个阶段很难。5年前以太坊还没有这样。放弃这些优点为了追求TPS是很大的错误，因为总是能有新的链出来，突然有比你还更高的TPS。但是去中心化和韧性是宝贵的，很少区块链有。这些特点有利于做一个有长期价值的数字货币，也有利于有好的世界计算机。但是世界计算机也需要解决扩容问题。“世界计算机” 的意思并不是 “可以同时支撑每个全世界的应用的计算机“，而是 ”世界的应用可以互相操...

我觉得现在区块链的社区，和整个世界，在一个比较危险的状态。有好多没有长期价值，甚至恶意，的事情在发生，这些之情和他们背后的人得到很多的attention 但是我们不能只对这些事情喊反对，然后不题更好的alternative. 所以我们的目标应该是，做好这个alternative，演示证明一个稳定的，更明亮的未来是可能的。这里我同时说区块链圈子里面（如果一天内跌97%的memecoin不是我们的未来，那什么是？），和一种宏观社会方面：现在很多人觉得民主方式是不可能的，只能靠strong man的领导做事情。但是在devcon有一个政治学家跟我说，他非常尊重以太坊的一个原因是，我们就是一个真正的开放去中心化生态，我们到现在这个规模成功了，这个给他希望。所以如果我们能用这种方式成功，对世界的正面影响可能会很大的，会给很多人他们可以follow的明亮成功的例子但是 ...
