my daily intake of protein is 139g for my 81kg weight, under 2100kcal i work out 3 days a week for around an hour squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, chin ups, bench press no animals hurt, fully vegan science, bitch

Impressive routine! Genuinely curious if you’re hungry a lot or if you just grow accustomed to the low calorie intake? I mean it’s low compared to the level of exercise you do 🫡🏋️‍♂️

i've been on 1-2 meals a day within 4h eating window for years now with 1800kcal/day :) was hard for the first 2 weeks, nowadays i'm not hungry outside of my eating window even if i don't eat at all ghrelin is a cyclical hormone, it does not depend on your need to eat, it just fires when it is used to firing
