I am ready to quit my phone.

My motivation is to improve my effectiveness in, and enjoyment of, life.

I am confident it will be net beneficial to remove my phone as the crutch to which I default my attention in lieu of anything else occupying it in a given moment.

One of the things I’ve found I enjoy a lot about /golf is that it keeps me away from my phone and present with my friends

Not even an urge to check it either 

Just me the golf course, my 3 putts and shanks 🤣
