Only recently discovered the Hindustani Classical genre, Dhrupad. Growing up in a family Carnatic Music aficionados and practitioners, felt was kinda insulated from this gem of a genre but guess better late than never.

Rudra Veena, Gharanas, Tihais, Jatis, Aksharas… it’s an ocean out there to learn about with many similar patterns to other genres that I’m slightly more familiar with. 

YouTube doesn’t have very many songs. All India Radio, Delhi probably has the best archives.. maybe one day after fu money I can dedicate more time to this nascent interest.
