This is from the Welltory app, which unlocks data from your Apple Watch. I can feel my headache transforming into a migraine. Checked the app and my body is clearly mad. This is the first time I’ve used it as a tool to help decide if I should take a triptan or not. Wish my luck that I wake up without a migraine!

I hope you don't have it. I also suffer from migraines and it's horrible. Two days ago I had to resort to my Triptan and go to sleep.
