4 things to focus on legs: 1) knee extension: any kind of squatting movement basically; for quads 2) knee flexion: hamstring curls 3) hip hinge: deadlift movement; for hamstring as they can be trained with both hip and knee movement 4)calf raises: seated or standing; both trains different parts of the calves

One more thing a lot us miss out, Training the tibialis anterior aka the muscle on our shins You can look up ways to train them
