Let me quickly say this, if you don’t have anything nice to say, please don’t speak. Don’t make things worse! 

Just in case you haven’t noticed, a lot of people are going through stuff hence, don’t hurt them the more with the words you say. 

Also, it’s not expensive to show a little act of kindness. Instead of using words that could make another person feel worse and sad, you could as well be nice and be mindful of the things you say.
