Appreciating patience versus anger:
Patience is a virtue that fosters understanding, growth, and thoughtful decision-making, while anger, though a natural emotion, often clouds judgment and leads to impulsive actions. Embracing patience allows us to navigate challenges with grace and empathy, creating harmony within ourselves and in our interactions with others.

I love this! And I also want join my voice to appreciate those who have mastered the art of being patient especially when dealing with people. 

It takes a lot to put your emotions under control and be reasonable with your words and actions.
