I don’t know who needs to hear this. Even if you lost everything you still have you, and that's enough to start again. 

I hope you live a life you are proud of and if you are not yet, I hope you find the strength to start all over again.

Yeah, this hits differently! It’s not always easy cos it will get to a point where nothing makes sense including yourself. 

Sadly, when it gets to this stage, it will become a bit difficult to come out of it. 

For me, whenever I find myself in this position, I try to be more focused and patient. I try to push myself forward and lastly, I try as much as possible to always spend time with my family and friends.
