It's amazing to look back at your own progress..

Especially when it's random and your phone just tells you. "Do you remember where you were 2 years ago?"

Kind of a reality check sometimes but also it could be a great thing, To measure progress. 

I used to think very negatively about myself and especially When I was very overweight...

But now I look at those pictures and I look at where I'm at not just in terms of physique, But way deeper than that. 

Struggling with bipolar, depression, ADHD other things that make it difficult to just function daily.. 

But I think I've been kicking ass lately! 

The overthinker in me and the self-sabotager wants to tell me to quit still..

But I don't listen to that fucker anymore! 

Just like the charts, it's up only from here..!

I choose to take control of my life and lead it in the right direction. Because I went in the wrong direction for long enough.. And because my family deserves a better future with me as a healthy, thriving head of the household..
