Nice! I think you got them in time maybe a bit late. They are best pulled at 3-4 inches then they start to get tough.

Ah. I waited way too long then. They were sooo tough when I cut them. Tried to sauté them but didn’t cook them long enough either. Told the family to eat around them.  😂

They can get away from me quickly too, like in the morning they’re small and cute and by the next day they are huge 😅
