You should pick them when they’re about 3-4 inches! If you let them keep going they get pretty tough. You can let those ones go to seed for next year though.

Ahh thank you! That is awesome advice. I will look into that. I’m starting up a greenhouse for all my seeds next year so definitely going to save some too.
